Since we started working for ourselves at the start of the year, we’ve removed a few trees in order to make room for a small student car park and replanted a few others in slightly different places.
The ones we replanted have been hanging on to dear life as the rainy season this year was pretty dry indeed – not much to write home about and as a esult I’ve spent pretty much every evening outside with the house giving them the water the dearly need.
This all however changed over the weekend when the sky really opened up. 16mm in one hour. Bring it on. Yahoo! weather says we’ve got three more days of this. It’s just what the garden/trees need in order to get back on their feet.
