Well we had a good ~ 4 weeks of doing nothing. Just hanging around the house, taking it easy and not worrying too much about anything. Well trying not to.
We did buy a heap of stuff for us and work which is being sent via surface. A lot cheaper than Australian Post, we will have to pick it up from Nagoya port though.
Maia has had a lot of firsts this holiday – first time to see her Grandparents and uncle in Aus, first time to experience and crawl on grass (and get a little dirty) – first time to use a western style bath, ate some solid food (pizza crust). Maia had a great time.
We saw in the paper that Japan had experienced record snow in Dec/Jan, all I can say is I’m glad I’m in Brisbane. Sure it was hot but I promised myself I wouldn’t complain about the heat and I didn’t (well not too much).
