Mentally ready and back at the gym. Have I taken 3 steps backwards and will I have to spend 3 months just getting back to were I was before? I don’t know but I’ll find out over the next two weeks or so.

Dumbbell Flys

3×10 / 10kg (ea.)

Tricep Rope Push Downs

1×10 / 20 warmup

2×10 / 30kg

1×10 / 35kg

Tricep Pushdown

3×10 / 35kg

Situps

3×10
