I’ve been looking at HDR – High Dynamic Range Imaging pictures on the internet thinking how impressive they look and how on earth can I do them myself. After much searching and reading I had enough information to get me started and discovered that my old Sony DSC-S85 was able to manually take the various images needed to make an HDR picture.

I went and took some test images of a big building in the area and was lucky(?) that the camera didn’t move on the tripod and when taking them, loaded the pictures into the software and got lucky again with the default settings and came out with this.
