It&#8217;s usually a time for the whole city to dress up in traditional style summer clothing and head down to the river and watch the fireworks.<\/p>\n<p>Generally it&#8217;s a nice evening out, provided you don&#8217;t get stuck in the crowds near the river but if you can find somewhere nice, it&#8217;s good.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a small &#8220;spot five differences&#8221; picture of a scene from a typical hanabi festival.
