Two strips of bacon, placed them in a red hot pan and fried\/cooked the living daylights out of them. Then when still hot took them out, placed them between two slices of bread, added tomato sauce (and a little mayo) and ate!  Picture doesn&#8217;t look like much but, Ummm hmmmm&#8230; really hit the spot on so many levels.
