Stress, more worry.

What do you accomplish?
Not much.

You’re still there Worry,
Unmoved.

Worrying, about what?
What can you change?

How can you change?
Effort and energy.

Two much negative energy at times.
Focus towards something positive.

Can it affect you?
Only if you let it.

Avoid,
A miasma of doubt,

Can you learn,
To let it go?
